PetSafe Air Shipments - delayed until further notice...

ALL UNITED PETSAFE TRAVELS ON TEMPORARY HOLD!
Due to unforeseen circumstances with United PetSafe, all of our USA trips/travels will be postponed/rescheduled for end of May/early June.
United Airlines Petsafe Program is undergoing a review of their policies following a freak, unfortunate accident with a small dog in cabin. All rodent shipments with United Airlines always travel through live animal cargo, never in cabin. However, this tentative 1 month, shut-down from United will effect all types of pet travels with them globally. We appreciate that they are handling the issue in this manner and not carrying on "business as usual". United expects to be completed with this review and reopen for pet travels in May. Rainbow Row Rattery will plan to commence end of May / early June. We are leaving some extra time to allow us to accommodate any new protocols, as well as bypass most of the delays & backlog.
