ContainersIf we have shipping containers available, they may be rented for $20. An additional deposit of $40 is required which will be refunded upon the return of the crate (by mail), or you may forfeit your deposit and keep the crate.
If you prefer you may purchase your own container (or if no rental crates are available at the time you require shipping) you must purchase your own airline approved crate and have it delivered to me here at the rattery for your shipment. We recommend Taconic or Sage Rodent Shipping Containers. |

Comfort & SafetyRats are shipped in clean, sanitized containers with fresh, clean bedding. They are provided with a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, HydroGel cups, which is 98% pure water in a non-wetting gel form (eliminates the need for water bottles and excellent for animal transport), Lab Bloc, and several chew blocks.
