Non-Breeding Agreement

​Effective Upon Acknowledgement

Between

Melanie  - Owner of
Evolution Rattery
Hereinafter referred to as 'Breeder"

And

 'Purchaser'

• ​​The Purchaser agrees that any/all rats received from the Breeder are subject to the terms of this Non-Breeding Agreement.
• These rats are family companions, and not for breeding purposes.
• These rats are not to be bred under any circumstances. 
• If rats are bred and/or produce a litter the Purchaser is responsible to the Breeder for breach of this agreement, and agrees to surrender all offspring to the Breeder.
• Purchaser agrees that if the ownership of these rats is transferred, the non-breeding agreement remains in effect.
• This agreement may only be rescinded with the written consent of both the Breeder and the Purchaser.
• Purchaser acknowledges that by submitting a Pet Application Form, they are agreeing to these terms.
