Corinne did an amazing job yesterday and I came home to a healthy litter of happy Harley babies. Mom is lactating well and the babies all had full stomachs. Couldn't be more pleased. Even Georgie looked a little smug last night. Parris has also given birth this week. She had 3 dwarf babies - hoping for more merles in this litter. She gave me 1 first time around. Chances are slim with only 3 babies, but we will keep our fingers crossed.

We had a grand time at the PPE, and for a first event it turned out to be a feather in the organizer's cap. Here are a few pictures from the event. The whole day was superbly orchestrated, from the venue, the quality of vendors, the animals, the products available. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I am planning on organizing a similar event and inviting breeders willing to travel and exhibit here in South Carolina. I will be posting more information and on a special Facebook group that will go live soon.
