I have ONE last pair of girls available for pet adoption, and I am taking a quick trip up to Simpsonville right outside of Greenville SC this evening and can bring the girls with me for one lucky adopter along my route.
There is a Black Berkshire Dumbo Doe, and a beautiful Black Silvermane Velveteen Dumbo Doe that need a home. If you can meet me at an Exit between Charleston and the Cracker Barrel at Exit 27 on I385 there will be no transportation fee.
Please contact me ASAP if you are interested in adopting this pair of babies that have been patiently waiting their turn for their furever home. These are the last babies that will be available until late July.
Babies will be here any day now with Sandy and Hominy due first. Waiting on litters is always an exciting time wondering how many and what we will get in each batch.
All the pairings have been made now, so as each litter is born I will update the nursery page with cute nugget pics.
I have only two pairs of babies left that are waiting for their forever homes. One pair of girls, a Velveteen Silvermane and a Black Berkshire, both dumbo, and both very curious, outgoing and sweet. One pair of boys, a Dwarf Black Berkshire (brother to Sage and Stewart), and a standard Size Black Berkshire. They live together and get along famously, are very playful together and cuddly with people.
I would love for these two pairs to find homes before the new litters are on the ground. Please let me know if you are interested by sending me a message via the contact page.
Sage and Stewart made it to Denver safe and sound on Saturday.

Pairings for summer litters are being made. I'll have marble with Vivenne (not sure which buck yet) and marten with Xenon and Gallium so possible dwarf in that litter. Black and Red-eyed siamese with Oscar and Lady, and a mixed litter from Hominy and Garfield. Should have some nicely marked babies in russian blue, russian cinnamon and cinnamon from them. I will also be doing a hairless dwarf breeding with Aengus and Harrietta. You can find most of these prospective parent's pictures in the Resident Rats pages (Harrietta was too fast even for me!)
As I get my plans laid out I will post more pairings on the Nursery page with expected due dates.
